Lazy loveable cat

Well it's a good life if your a cat!
• You snub food and meow for more, and meow again when your ready for a fresh sample.
• You meow to get doors open.
• You meow to let people know that your pleased they could spend time with you, but just leave when you've finished listening to there boring stories.
• You collapse and sleep any bloody where you like, even if it's in the way.
• You allow people to stroke you until you've had enough, then you scratch and turn like a wild tiger.
• You act incredibly cute when you want to be stroked and admired.
Well it's the life a little stray cat called Alfie leads in our house.

Rushing to go home, stressed to be on time, then taken back by the beautiful cherry blossoms, struck  by there perfection and their radiant glow - took out the camera and captured a beautiful butterfly 'Peacock...' - Big Bro' showed me a book on butterflies, apparently found all over Britain.

Bud in the garden

Slept over at Dads, realised how much home means to me - no matter how much lots of things annoy me, there is an immediate feel of comfort and safety - somewhere your loved unconditionally.  Well, thats not including my brother, he just loves the Cat 'Alfie' and Aflie loves my brother. One day, I came across Bro' feeding the cat by hand little treats - the cat was acting like a dog. He's a lovable thing, meows loudly and runs towards you to say hello, well thats my take on it. In reality he just sees a 'feeder' ready to please. Slept in the sun on the swing - i love the swinging chair as you can watch the hundreds of 'House sparrows' take turns in eating from one of the many bird feeders -  its like a bird sanctuary ; 'Wood Pigeons', 'Sparrows', cute Mousey and even a 'Kestrel' that drops by to munch on a slimy frog ('common frog') or two...and of Alfie to keep watch!

Rejection! Mum turned on me, so left and did my thing. New strategy on coping, worked for me and my well being.

Life is a funny old thing, woke up feeling lost, lonely and incapable of getting life right! Sought reassurance that i could manage and everything is OK.

Lamb chops - never again

March 23, Who would have thought an lovely tasty lamb chop cause so much trouble... well it can if it lodges in our throat..poor Mum went through agony...waiting in A&E for 3hrs,  then waiting in another room for the specialist to arrive for 2hrs, finally moved to a bed to wait for another 2hrs...thanks David Cameron for making the poor doctor cover emergency and ENT - everyone was so professional and kind to Mum...just wonderful! I'm exhausted just watching - left the hospital at 10pm, arrived 2pm.

The sweetest Ambulance driver asked Mum whether she's allergic to anything and she said Men!
Mum still in hospital - told me she's really happy in there as everyone so kind to her and its very peaceful (she does have her own room). She wants to stay a week!

Next day, March 24, Mum's had surgery to remove the lamb - can you believe it! Staying over night as ENT doctor stuck in emergency - too busy to attend so have to wait till the next day.

Linden court guest rooom

 March 22, staying in Linden court guest room,  very nice, cheap, clean and quiet and best of all close to Mum. Yesterday, spent the day with my Da, lunch, chat and TV...love brit TV. Oh and I joined the gym - Camm St, only 20 pounds for a month, its not hard to see why - not been fixed up in years, but i love that, not pretentious, just come there to do a workout. Another feature is that it has a Shower, yes this to me is a big plus!

Highlights of the day, so far, (note the optimism here) started with a beautiful phone conversation with Wen followed by a phone call from Mum, inviting to her place....what a delight to be able to share an early morning tea with someone who so very precious to me. Alas, burnt toast with lashings of butter, regretting this all ready as i feel on my hips.
